How to log into the Sundale IT Helpdesk
Logging into Freshservice
You can access the Sundale IT Helpdesk by navigating to the following webpage:
You have access to your service desk’s knowledge base and announcements even before you
login.
You’ll also be able to raise a ticket without logging in (you’ll be prompted to provide your
official email address), but you will need to login in order to track a ticket you’ve raised.
- Click SIGN IN in the top-right corner to do so
- Enter your Sundale Email address
- Select Next
- Enter your Sundale Email Password
- Select Sign in
Account Activation
If you have not activated your account you will be asked to resend a verification email.
- Select resend activation email

Check your emails and click on the link to activate your account

Select Activate with SSO

Sign-in again to the helpdesk using the above method to confirm activation
- Congratulations you have now activated your account.
