Requirements
- Internet Access
- Sundale Computer User Account
Procedure

Navigate to www.my.sundale.org.au or helpdesk.sundale.org.au

Select Helpdesks

Select ICT Helpdesk
- If you are asked to sign in,
- Enter your Sundale Email address
- Select Next
- Enter your Sundale Email Password
- Select Sign in
- Select the Nurse Call Request option
- Complete the form with all the relevant details. Provide as much information as possible.
- Select Place Request
You have now placed a support request directly with Comm-Sec Services who will attend to the job as soon as possible.
