Overview
Sundale TV's and Resident TV's are Samsung TV's which require a Samsung account to be logged in.
If Sundale provide a TV to a common area or a residents room the maintenance team "usually" log into the Samsung account on the TV. The maintenance team have the list of accounts for each site and as a backup, we store the details in LastPass.
Notes:
Residents don.t get Sundale Netflix account login details or any other streaming account.
Common areas do not get a Netflix logged in.

If a resident purchases a TV, IT generally wouldn't sign them in to the Samsung account. Maintenance may choose to, or they may get family to set the TV up. This isn't up to the IT department to manage or decide.
Requirements
To set up a TV you require:
- Access to LP
- Access to the phone where the SMS confirmation code is sent. This is different for each location.
Details
Each site has their own Samsung account, which can be found in LP. However, IT do not have a record of which mobile is used for each account's verification code. Recently there was an issue setting up new TV's at palmwoods. We found the mobile number the verification code went to but could not locate the phone. We have been advised that the maintenance team don't know which phone is used at JGCC either and have been creating new accounts. We don't have those details:
The maintenance team leader at Palmwoods has a new Samsung account for Palmwoods TVs with the following details:
- Using RAC Palmwoods Sundale Maintenance phone - 0419 705 689 for the verification code.

- Existing Samsung TVs are all on old account, lifestyle.palmwoods@sundale.org.au
- Password: in LastPass
