Requirements
Internet Access
Sundale Computer User Account
Procedure
Navigate to www.my.sundale.org.au or helpdesk.sundale.org.au
Select Helpdesks
Select ICT Helpdesk
If you are asked to sign in,
Enter your Sundale Email address
Select Next
Enter your Sundale Email Password
Select Sign in
Select the Nurse Call Request option
Complete the form with all the relevant details. Provide as much information as possible.
Select Place Request
You have now placed a support request directly with Comm-Sec Services who will attend to the job as soon as possible.
